The World's First FSC Certified Maple Syrup Producer

In 2009, Maple Ridge Farm became the first maple syrup producing forest in the world to receive Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification for forest management.

FSC Certification identifies that the producer meets strict forest management standards. The standards ensure that environmental, community, worker and industry needs are balanced, and that long-term forest management plans are implemented.
